Several of y'all posted helpful guidance in my search for an Arminius logo for the old revolver that my dad gave me as a high school graduation present in 1964. The gun is maybe worth $100 but its sentimental value to me is priceless.

That thread got locked or something, but here it is:

Got an old Arminius revolver laying around?

Here is what my revolver with the missing Arminius logo looked like:

I finally found a guy selling a wooden handle for an Arminius in an online auction and I bought it. I destroyed the wooden handle and got the logo off and glued it to my revolver:

It feels good to be whole again!!!

Thanks everybody.

Also neighboring the city of Ulm, in South-western Germany on the Danube with the highest church steeple in the world, (Ulm Minister), and the birthplace of Albert Einstein.
Also is home to a proof house, and the factories of J.G. Anschutz , Walther Arms, and Krieghoff GmbH, right there on the Danube River. Closer to the Black Forest but in the same state is the home of Heckler & Koch, and Mauser. All in the state of Baden-Wurttemberg,
including the city of Rottweil, home of the Rottweiler Metzgerhund or Butcher Dog.

My w*fe and I stayed at the Hotel "Ulmer Spatz" (the Ulm sparrow, symbol of the city) less than 200 yards from the Ulm Münster. The "Münster" bells went off every 15 minutes. I have never before or since have had such intense nightmares, I swear my experience there almost makes me believe in reincarnation...I have not returned to Ulm since 1990 and if I do I will NOT spend the night there.
PS I also have several unpaid parking tickets from Ulm, so I won't be renting a car there any more either...;)
