Would the arrow gun thingy be considered a firearm, air rifle or Xbow?
Thinking of the in town hunting potential. Of course the Benjamin Air bow might be more legal since it’s clearly an airgun and per MS law is allowed to be fired on property larger than 10acres in town. (So is a shotgun but I’d rather not stir that hornets nest)
It says it uses a .27-caliber Powerload to launch the arrow. I didn't know what that was so my friend Google enlightened me that those are the things used to drive nails in concrete. I've heard those nail guns in construction work and they have quite a pop. I'm not sure how loud that would be out of that longer barrel on this firearm.
