I haven't tried it yet. Its supposed to be good - Lyman's 49th manual lists it, and even recommends it, for some loads. However, they only list jacketed bullet loads and I haven't been able to find any jacketed bullets yet. When I do, I'll run a comparison between 2400 and Winchester 296.

Right now I'm just using 215 grain lead semi-wadcutters and Unique. Not magnum performance, but an accurate load at about 950 feet per second. I don't have a chrony, so I'm just guessing on the speed.
