Dang wish I was a little closer and didn’t have a few things already on the calendar
If it works out better for you, Coast Rifle & Pistol Club does Rimfire Benchrest on the 3rd Thursday of each month, from 9 AM to Noon.

It was also announced in our latest club newsletter, that Rimfire Silhouette is coming back to the club. We used to shoot the rimfire silhouette steel animals (rams, sheep, chickens, etc) when CRPC used to host the M&G's (back when Randy was president at CRPC). Silhouette is coming back on April 22. Silhouettes will be shot at distances from 40 to 100 meters.

Ehh a little closer but would have to take off work. Oh yeah I remember those, loved shooting them with my 10/22. Would even more so with my precision bolt gun.

This match is an informal affair. We’re not going to disqualify anyone who at least makes some effort to be within regs. No one is going to go down the line checking the power setting of your scope and there won’t be anyone with a scales around to guarantee you’re under the limit.
Suppressors are fine.

Also, while our targets are regulation 50 yard targets, we shoot this match at 25 yards because we have a carrier system for targets at that range. Eventually, we will change to 50 yards, once we have some sort of target carrier system in place.

x6...maybe x8 power!! Don't quote me. lol. Whatever the NRA rulebook says. I run an old Tasco 6-24x42 on my bog standard 10/22. I just keep the power down around x6 or x8.

Here is a sample target. 4 sighters and 25 for score per frame. We usually allow unlimited sighters but once you transition to the scored targets you can’t go back to the sighters. One shot per Bullseye with a maximum score of 250.
