RB i know your a fine cook so you gotta have a good recipie to cook those geese. Best tasting one i could find was marinate goose in italian dressing for 4 hours and slow cook on a peice of oak for 2 hours. Throw the goose away and eat the oak....
we took goose put in some wosershire sauce and homemade wine wraped it in bacon and doves too,let goose set all nite """everyone said it was good"" were'nt none left
