I've been thinking of building a 6.8, but now I'm leaning this way. What do you guys think? Is this going to be another wildcat cartridge or will it stick around?

See, thats just the sort of thing my wife would say. :lol4:captain-03 said:From the article ---
Full power 123 grain ammunition matches the ballistics of the 7.62x39mm AK
Why not just go with the AK round? Cheaper to feed!!
because it's the new best thing.captain-03 said:From the article ---

More reliable feeding, increased capacity, same AR mags? There's some advantage there!Beladran said:i dont see enough advantage to go with it.
I'm almost certain that you can. I've got some Forster 300BLK dies on order and plan on using trimmed .223 brass until Remington releases 300BLK brass.jbpmidas said:Possibly more commercial availability. However, for reloaders, I wonder if the round can be formed by necking up .223 brass.
