A few from the "other" side of the safe

Here's a few I cobbled together and one I ran across when I had some spare change in my pocket.

That is a Yugoslavian M-92 "Krinkov". The device on the end is a gas booster. Helps ensure there is enough gas pressure to run the gun.

The Mags are Polish polymer.

All of these, except for the double folder, are home builts. Bent the receivers from flats. The one on the far right didn't even have the receiver finished when the photo was taken. Was just out for a test firing. I always tried to see how they run before finishing.

I don't have it any more, but I do have access to it. Sold it to another ak nut when my building craze had run it's course. He has my spot welder also. I quit building when parts kits went over $120.00 and started coming without barrels.

I have a pretty decent kit and need to know a AK NUT!!!!!!!![/quote]

When you are ready to build go to http://www.theakforum.net/ . This is a forum dedicated to the AK.
Another site is http://www.surplusrifle.com/shooting2005/souptonuts1/index.asp . There you will find a downloadable PDF file with walkthru instructions from bending your flat thru assembling your rifle.

Surely there are some home builders in the Jackson area that would be willing to pitch in with tooling and advice.
most people that are just going to build one don't bother with buying much tooling. It runs the cost of building one gun above the price of a nice rifle.

Another course is to purchase a store bought receiver and build on that. Of course that has to go thru an FFL.

Anything I can do to help, just send PM
