X-Ring put on another great F-Class match Saturday down at Bogue Chitto MS range. Had a lot of good shooters show up and a few new guys came down to try it out. Let me tell you it was hot. We set up fans in the target pit to move a little air for the guys working the targets. I have located a few more blowers :shtf2: that we can place at the firing line next month. For those of you that have not tried this, you need to come on down but I warn you if you ever shoot a match you will hooked, the next match will be Saturday July 24.

Yup,

The heat is bad. I remember when I used to shoot the M1A's and M1's at the Southwest Gun Club Range at Amite, LA. It was 103 degrees one day and we shot a 200-300-600 yard match. We did not postpone the match because we were going to Camp Perry the next weekend. Those were the good old days when I was a young guy. 44 years old at that time.

Oh come on neck, I had my .308 all warmed up and ready for you. I thought for sure I was going to get you down there and get you hooked. You would have had your smith put you a 30" Kreiger
on that Glock and laid in the grass with us and slung some lead. :lol4: We did have a good turnout of 22 shooters despite the heat. The bounty for the 200 score is up to $260 and still up for grabs. But until we get out of the mirage months I think it will be safe for a while.

Britt,
I had my IBS Light gun set up switch barrel/bolt for the Atlas and a 6mmDasher. Bobby and I shot the Dashers at PSC on 06/05 and won 1st and 2nd. I am still not finished tweaking the Dasher. I have settled on the BIB 108 BT. It will NOT shoot the Berger 105 VLD Hunting bullet.
I am having another gun set up for F Open. It is a 6mm ODIN (6.5x47L necked down to 6mm, blown forward .038" w/ a 40 degree shoulder and a .266"nk). It will be next season before it is ready. My smith is slow and Krieger is slower.

Yes!
It is named Brady's 6 Dasher. It is named after my son. It was spec'd by Dave Kiff to match the NBRSA world record holding Dasher. it has a .104" Freebore and a .266" NK Although I asked for the .266" NK (PPC Fame), I think the WR Reamer is .268".
I just emailed you the print!
Tony
