The Pinebelt Rifle and Pistol Club is located 5 miles west of Ellisville on Graves Road. It is a membership club costing $50.00 a year, affiliated with CMP and NRA, with NRA High power matches once a month and 22 rimfire matches once a month. It was established in the 1970s and is owned by Mr. Ira and Rolland Graves. Shooters can shoot 25 yards to 400 yards covered. Because of misuse of nonmembers recently the range has had to lock the gate and only members have the combination. Members are permitted to take guests, but have to be responsible for their conduct while at the range.

I tried to join over a decade ago and was brushed off. I was told I had to have a sponsor to get a membership. I explained I had just moved to the area and didn't know anyone. He sighed and repeated that I had to have a sponsor to get a membership.

I am still interested in joining since it is the closest range to H'burg and would be great for those days that I just want to go shoot for a few minutes without driving an hour. How do I go about becoming a member?

Morning all... just got signed up here (thanks again Hammer). Been in Petal for about a year and a half now and recently the wife just picked me up a nice Ruger SR40c...

NOW I'm in need of a good range to do some shooting at... found the one near Mosselle (Tall Creek I think it is) but think I'm more interested in your range... like the idea of a Private members only access as I'll eventually be getting my wife up there with me to get her used to shooting again.

Guess what it boils down to is I'm in need of contact information.... Also, how's the range?? Shelter areas/facilities??
