although i hunt with a 3" mossy, I've shot a 3.5" plenty of times. You'll never feel it when you shoot at a rope-toter. Now patterning is a different story. Got a lead sled?

Ok, pretty much everything out of a 3.5er rocks me, lol. But, like 3spop said, you never feel it when it matters.

I need another 835 ullhair: I miss that gun!
