I recently discovered another ammo search engine similar to ammoengine.com.

Very similar in operation to ammoengine.com but has more selections as far as brand, type, weight, etc.

Pat's Reloading has a screaming deal on pulled, primed 223 cases at $149.99/1000.

Seems to have some decent prices and the "on hand" stock is shown right on the item page. Shows shipping by FedEx and UPS.

Haven't used Bulkammo yet, but have been checking out their prices. Im probably gonna make an order from them shortly and see how it goes. Their prices, shipping and stock are pretty good from what I have found. I found them using this website. http://ammoseek.com/ Its a good site to use to compair ammo and prices.

Well, I placed an order online with www.bulkammo.com yesterday at 6:00PM CST and received a shipping notice at 11:15AM CST today with a tracking number. We'll see how fast it gets here and what shape the box is in.

Received my order today via FedEx by 10:00AM. I have not checked the package yet but if it turns out like the entire experience so far, everything should be just dandy.

Order placed Sunday evening, was emailed shipping notice & tracking number Monday morning, received order Wednesday morning.

I think that I will be ordering from www.bulkammo.com again.

but ammo man has a few bad write ups on the net for double charging credit cards. not trying to slam him. just stuff i heard and read. weather its true or no, i dont know

Took a CE course in the meeting room at Uncle Bucks Grill at the Bass Pro Shop in Pearl today; got to look around this afternoon. they have several boxes (maybe 10 or so) of .223 Hornady ammo in stock at about $22 per box. Would have reported this earlier, but didn't have access to a computer.

Stopped by Academy in Gulfport a few minutes ago and they had 15 boxes of Monarch steel cased .223 at the front counter for $5.00 a box.

Late noticing this thread. I'll suggest Underwood for a variety of handgun and rifle ammo. I've purchased from them and it's a good company with very good ammo. It's all new production ammo with a excellent selection, fast service, and many of the popular calibers in hot loads. They don't do .22 or shotgun.

Well if you're really wanting to save money buy new lapua brass. They come in 100 ct boxes.
You'll be shooting them quite a number of times if you maintain em. While all you're buddies are looking for once fired whatever in the next component crunch, you'll be wondering why you're the only one at the range.
They are excellent.
