I haven't bought any in awhile but I had good luck buying 9mm on Saturday mornings about 7 or 8 in Southaven. Sometimes I had to ask to ask the clerk if they had any because they haven't put it out yet.

make friends with people that work in sporting goods and have them call you when it comes in........ the ones down here have a pretty good stock most weeks and they have lifted the 6box limit.
9.47 for Federal 115fmj is cheap and I'm gonna keep buying it regularly until its gone. Building up the Brass Stock..........

I'm not having a problem finding range ammo here in Brookhaven, but its the carry ammo, like HP stuff, that's nowhere to be found. I just buy it online.

I travel the roads and stop at Walmarts to see if they have anything. They usually have the WWB if they have them. Even my broke a$$ has never run into one that had more than I could afford. Reason I'm slowly working my way into reloading.
Ya'll that didn't go to Magnolia to learn how to turn wheel weights into boolits missed out. All the steps took a while with SubGunFan, Captain and 'Neck explaining as we went along but I came out of there with 600 9mm boolits and a lot of learnin'. They had some nice setups and BubbaT built a fine bench to work from.

What's funny is, I go by the Southaven Wallie World, and they never have what I want. EVERY time I go by the Clinton WW, they have 9mm, so I get a box or three....

I ran into the same problem. I was in a Walmart in grenada and they had a pile of 300 blackout 125gr ammo in stock. My son had given me 5 boxes of the ammo for Christmas. I only bought 3 more while in grenada and planned on picking up a couple of boxes at another Walmart later.

The other day My son told me that outlaws in grenada had 22 mag ammo in stock. So I went there and picked up 5 boxes of 22 mags while there I looked for supersonic 300 blackout but they only had subsonic 220 gr ammo for it. I passed on it and had 2 walmarts on the way home so I stopped by both and neither had the 300 blackout ammo in stock.

I bought 100 hornady cases for the rifle and that's all I have used so far in it is my reloads. I was buying the Walmart stuff mainly for the brass to reload with. I haven't tried any of it yet who knows it may shoot great. It's Remington ammo so the brass should be good.
