I would not worry about what the Europeans are doing (or not doing...as in owning/toting lawfully owned firearms). It's China that we have to worry about. The effin dems are making deals with the devil in the latest START (STtrategic Arms Reduction Treaty) talks with Russia will only disarm the US when the Chinese decide they need more real estate and come our way.

I have a little something for anyone in a Chinese military uniform coming to my door to collect my weapons. Red Dawn CAN happen...only it will not be Cubans and Ruskies, it will be the Chinese.

Bomb shelters will be unnecessary but gun shelters (burried stashes) will be badly needed when this happens.

I'm a big believer in Posse Comitatus, bring the troops home and use the savings to hire more border patrol and INS. These companies that are hiring the illegals need to do more than send the illegals home. Take the plant manager all the way up to the CEO to jail, and not talking 90 days in jail, I'm talking 5 years for the first offense.
If the army is on the border, it's easier for the POTUS (like Oby) to declare a national emergency and martial law and cancel the elections during the "emergency".

It would be easier, yes. But putting the military on the borders wouldn't necessarily be a violation of PC, provided that they are not directly interacting in a law enforcement capacity. Have an armored division patrol the deserts, freeing up the CBP to work on the more populated areas.

I'm with you on the enforcement against companies; dry up the jobs and the illegals will go home. That should be the first order of business.

IANAL so my knowledge of PC is limited, so I might be not completely accurate in my understanding of its implications on this issue.

Edit: This isn't really gun-related, maybe one of the mods can move it over to general area or something. I don't have access to the Round Table or I'd start a thread over there on it.
