I have the FNP40.... nice, accurate, consistent, LOOOONG double action pull on the 1st round, but very nice short single action on subsequent rounds.... safety/decocker is nice as well.
I really like the FNP-45 USG. I've been considering one for my nightstand pistol. My only hesitation is that all of my other pistols are striker-fired, and I'm not sure if I want to add a DA/SA pistol into the mix, even if it can be cocked and locked.
