Anybody noticed Berger bullets just went up??

In the calibers they buy..yeah they do affect the ammo market. They made a huge order through wolf i believe for 7.62x39 for the afghani police and somewhere i read said it had affected supply of wolf 7.62 for a while. They buy from the same people we do, and if their order eats up a large chunk of their capacity then that affects the supply on our end.
