I saw in the latest Bass Pro sales ad that they have some reloading items in the ad. Wondering if they have reset the shelves and put the products out yet??

Last time I was in they told me it would be the first or second week in May they should have it out.

This situation just amazes me! I've been in retail for most of 35 years and to leave merchandise sitting in the back for weeks (months?) is beyond comprehension. If my store receives something late on a Friday, the dudes at corporate better see some sales on it Monday am or there will be a very unpleasant phone call. Only made that mistake once.

I have watched BP from the beginning (born & raised in Springfield, Mo),
and I honestly don't know why they have been so successful. Guess they sell a lot of hats & T-shirts!

Let's keep in mind that we have a couple forum members that work at BP in Pearl..so lets not get too rough on em....they are probably having to follow orders from "Corporate"

Was last there about 10 days ago I guess....What I don't get is that they still have deer hunting stuff out...yet can't find the space for reloading stuff

Whoever runs the "floor plan" at BP needs to check the hunting season calendar...course if you wait long enough...you'll be just right

I scored 10K Federal small pistol the other night online at midwayusa.com

No way I'm dissing "our" guys. In fact Muddawg did a transfer for me last week and it couldn't have been better. The guys on the front lines know what to do, but the bean-counters in the ivory tower don't listen. Speaking corporate world in general, not Bass Pro in particular.

Hey Cricketcage. where are you getting your primers. This is the best price I've seen on primers anywhere around. Please let me know. I know if you can find them in stock online they are cheaper, but then you have a hazmat charge.

This was at the Bass Pro in Memphis, TN (Sycamore View @ Macon Rd. just off I-40). They had CCI and Remington. Not a lot of either, but more than I've seen anywhere in a year. There was only a few thousand SP, SPM, and LR on the shelf last Friday (5/7) - so you probably want to call ahead if its much of a drive for you.

I went to BassPro in Pearl this evening.
The reloading items are on the shelves!

Some is priced competitively, some items are high. Fortunately the bullets which is about all I need these days were priced pretty good.

I'm looking for some lilgun powder if anyone sees any locally please let me know. I use it in my 300 blackout and it works great. I've checked several places with no luck. I would go anywhere in Ms. If I knew they had it in stock. I'm down to about 1/2 a can. I would buy a couple of lbs if I could find it.

tek500. I did a firearms transfer Tuesday at Deweese Pawn in Starkville. I noticed they have a fair supply of powder on the shelves. You might want to give Danny a call and see if he has Lilgun so that the next time you're over in Starkville you could stock up.
