Posting this here so it will be read, Hammer might want to move it to appropriate area.

A few days ago I posted some ammo for sale. The first person who responded to the OP with a post was Lt. Dan. In my messages I had a couple of PM's that had come in earlier. I debated on going with Lt. Dan since he posted first or the PM's (First come, first serve). In my best judgement at the time, I decided to go with first come, first serve and replied to the PM's. I sold the ammo without a response to Dan. In hindsight (And after reading the classified rules update from Hammer) I should have sold the ammo to Dan. . Another thing I did was when Dan offered to send the money to ship and pay for the ammo, I simply gave him an "Sorry, you didnt get it" type of answer when I should have given him an explanation. Now thats not to say anything negative about the person buying them, he just responded to me responding to his PM But regardless, I owe Dan an apology. So Dan, I apologize and hope there are no hard feelings. And I also apologize to the group for doing that. From now on, the first person who responds to the OP will get whatever I am offering, regardless of how many PM's I get.

That's very respectable of you. You don't owe me an apology tho, I understand where you are coming from and it can be a sticky situation with respnoses and PMs. There are no hard feelings whatsoever.

Yea, I went with the second PM because it and the first came in before the first reply was posted. The first PM I responded to but didnt get a responce, so I went with the second.
