AR in 300 AAC Blackout?

Anyone have an AR in 300 Blackout? Reading about this caliber on the internet it sounds almost too good to be true. I realize ammo is hard to find but I'm ok with reloading for it. If you've got one and/or reload this caliber, I'd like to know what your experiences have been. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Mine ran good, was a 8.5" 1-8 twist upper with a swr 30 cal can. 220 sierra matchkings were running about 1040fps and grouped around 1.25" at 100 yards. Brass is easily came by and cheap "modified 223". Dies are around $60 "rcbs, redding"and ofcourse it uses small rifle primers. Its essentially the same as a 300 whisper just sammi "regulated" now to supposedley keep all the chambers the same. Most have found that their 300 whisper chambers are the same and in spec to the black out.

Noveske along with quite a few others have barrels ready to roll and i suggest getting a 3 way gas block or waiting on the gas piston uppers to come out.
