Springfield model 15 single shot shorts long and long rifle Went under the flood waters in 1979 when in a building on Silas brown street in Jackson Daddy bought it for $8 It was missing the cocking knob He went and bought one from Jackson safe and lock the day he got the gun for me Some cleaning some cold blue and a refinish job on the stock and to this day it’s functioned and provided a level of entertainment some of my most expensive firearms can’t provide SIMPLICITY its Almost a forgotten quality in today’s firearms It’s getting a little range time today Just wanted to share Have a beautiful and lazy Sunday msgo members

That one looks nice. I've never had one of those. I grew up shooting my dad's Winchester 67 single shot but I don't know what happened to it. When I started visiting pawn shops I ended up with a bunch of single shot .22's. That's what I started all my kids out on.

Marty do I remember correct ? Don’t you have a model 68 Winchester as well??? I’ve got one 27” barrel and peep sights from the factory It’s a cool long barreled 22lr
Yep. I accumulated "several" Winchester 67's and a pair of 68's. I sold one of the 68's and all except one of the 67's.
