Everyone here has saved me alot of trouble on buying the perfect rifle. So now I need to find the best trigger for my setup. All my guns are duel purpose so this is for hunting/sniping-target precision.Looks like timney 510? I see on eBay they have old Vietnam era triggers m40. There are a lot of versions to choose from timney hunter elite, etc. Thanks again everyone

I put a 510 Timney in my 5R and I like it. MUCH better than the factory crap.

Trigger Tech diamond is one of the best for the money, and armorally.com has the elftman rem700 on sale for 179. Probably the second best trigger made for Remington behind BixnAndi

Jewel triggers are the only ones that I will use in my bolt rifles. You can move from rifle to rifle but the trigger breaks at exactly 20 ounces on all of them. LB
