Anyone here been buy lately? I have been going for the past few days, they are at 70% off as of yesterday. Most everything is gone, I have personally spent over $2000 there the past few months. They still had quite a few tru glo scopes at pretty good price.

hahahaha this makes thread #3...i was #2. didn't realize they'd gotten down to 70%, last time i was there though about a month ago they were getting down to stuff that I had no use for...i did manage to clean them out of their compact Kimpro mags though

we are however getting an academy in the same spot where big bucks planned to build their new place...which obviously isnt working out

Gander Mountain has gotten outrageous with their prices...it's a joke. Some of their ammo is x 3 what you can get it at Wally world for. If Gander doesn't watch it they will be next...

Ha gander has been outrageous....that's why they started laying off after about 6 months of being open

i bought about 8k CCI small Rifle Mag primers from there... $22 for 1000

Polar tech thermals.. i love them. got the upper for $20

also got a Ruger Mark III 22/45 from there for $251 out the door.

It's official, I went by yesterday. BB has absolutely anything of value left, just sporting good paraphernalia, sports related that is. I think they officially closed today but I'm not for certain.

No they are definitely closing for good. Academy sports is supposed to be built on 98.

Yeah all of the big bucks shut down. The bigger store was their original plan a couple years ago...but obviously it never materialized
