It depends on age of knives and stamp on ricasso...the part basically between the blade and tang/grip. Are they fixed blade? Blackjack is a good brand but the main business went out of business years ago. Some of their knives were made in Japan and/or hand finished in Effingham, Illinois USA such as the Blackjack Tracker I have in my hand now to look at the print. One side has the Effingham info and other the famous Ace of Spades Blackjack Knives Japan...never get rid of this one. I'll have to look because I'm pretty sure they also had some dealings with the famous EK brand of which I wish I had a couple. BlackJack had a famous knife known as the Mamba years ago...http://newgraham.com/store/category/1/20/Blackjack/
Maybe you have one of these from the newer version of the company...

You can start here for a quick history. I've got a paper/class to prepare today and dang if you didn't get me on my favorite subject ...1-knives 2-guns 3-gear...ditto ditto ditto...maybe that's backwards or I should start in the middle...lol
My birthday was monday so I made one more step towards, "The older I get the better I used to be"...

The original company closed in 1997. The Blackjack patterns were built apparently by Bark River Knives for awhile. Knife companies that go out of business with patterns still being made are hard to sometimes trace. The above website should give you a track. You also look for further links by putting Blackjack Classic Knives in search engine...nowadays some of the original patterns are being built or have been built using AUS8a. Also SMKW Smokey Mountain Knifeworks has some patterns that come from Knifeware, Inc.
