I called Berger this morning to see if i could beg some sample packs from them. I just wanted to see if my .22-250 would stabalize some 80 or 90gr bullets. Its a 1:9 twist McGowen Stainless Premium Match Grade Barrel Heavy Varmint 26".

Well they lady said they only give samples of 5. She suggested i contact Bulletsamples.com. http://bulletsamples.com/Stock.html

So im ordering 20 bullets of each weight and manufacture. $28 and 80 bullets.

Very cool. I've wanting to try some different bullets in my 308s but have been reluctant to buy 100 at a time. Thanks for the info.
