I'm thinking of reloading for my Colt SAA. What is a good Lead bullet to use in it? Also, Does anybody make a 45 Colt Jacketed bullet less than 250 grain with a cannelure ring?

If you load 45 ACP I've found that the same .452 lead bullets work well in 45LC

I can't speak to high dollar jacketed for 45 LC...lead loads work just fine

If your 45 Colt gun was manufactured after 1954 (IIRC) then it uses .452" bullets. The older 45 Colt guns use .454" bullets.
