Can't wait!!!!! Sigma, I believe Captain said there are some issues with that range; cost, limited space, low possible participant count. I know of two members that want to shoot it, regardless of price (almost)! I'm sure he'll get us more details.

Oh jbp I didn't know there was a hitch with the long range. I dont have a long range rifle so to say but could try with what I do have. Anyway it would be nice to shoot on the range if possible.

I believe there are only 4 to 6 firing points on the long range. I'd love to take my M-1 Garand and M1A to that one and try it out.

There are 4 firing positions. SGMJody and I drove down and looked at it after the last McCain trip. It's a LONG, LONG, LONG way to the far targets. It would be a great time and a great learning experience!
