The ELG inside the oval means it's made in Belgium, the star over G is the Controller of Proofs Code for Charlier Josef that was there from 1928 to 1959. The stylized EL (between the star G and 104) on the barrels is the provisional proof used prior to permanent breeching. Since 1924 that mark has been reserved for smooth bores.

There were lots and lots and lots of guns made in Belgium in the past two centuries. Without specific manufacturer markings, it's almost impossible to know who made it.

I'm looking for a double barrel muzzleloader to hang over the fireplace, if it's for sale. ;)
