Case Trimmers - which do you like / dislike?

1721 Views 15 Replies 13 Participants Last post by  SJ
Going through all my stuff..... and am somehow missing a few things to complete my bench. One being a case trimmer? I see two different RCBS ones, lyman, forster, hornady. Would love to get a Dillon electric to sit atop the 550 but.... can't swing that much right now.

Any personal dealings and/or recommendations with these would be appreciated.

A Dillon is not the best that's out there. Giraud Tool is far and away the best out there and I shot with him at the Louisiana High Power matches. It trims, chamfers, and deburrs all in one step

If you are into baby video's watch this

Here is 10 .223's trimmed, chamfered, and deburred in a minute!

Personally I have an RCBS manual that I remove the handle and chuck in my drill for volume. Recently I bought a 3 way cutter head that trims, chamfers, and deburrs all in one that I should have bought years ago.

It really depends on volume, the first I had was a trim die and a file!
