On 9mm i usually go the tedious route and polish after size/deprime. gets them clean and keeps and pressure deviation away
You dont have to but some use a light spray lube to keep friction down when running a progressive press. I use a setup of 6 single stage presses, i also run mine through a sub gun which requires a little more pressure on the case to reload so i usually size/deprime and then tumble, then bell/prime loadCaleb C said:I don't clean my 9mm after sizing because they are not lubed. I've never had an issue with this. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe strait walled pistol brass needs to be lubed when using carbide sizing dies
