Well, I just gave my new S&W's their first good cleaning. I've shot about 250 rounds through each one and I figured I needed to clean them. I forgot that these things had so many "barrels" to clean. 7 on one and 8 on the other. I could have cleaned 4 of my XD(M)'s in the time that it took me to clean 2 of the revolvers. Oh well! At least they're clean for right now. Gonna dirty'em up pretty quick and they will probably stay dirty for about 1 or 2 thousand rounds.

Yeah...me too Joe S....Ya'll need to get in on Deatons Gun Cleaner test....

Other than my hunting rifles during dear season, Most of my guns get cleaned as soon as they get home..Once my hunting rifles are dialed in I leave em alone for the season unless that get soaking wet

Yeah I hate cleaning the cylinder on a revo....especially the rings 38's leave in a 357 mag...drives me nuts

You guys kill me! I HAVE to clean mine after every range session! I can't sleep if I don't!
Well it don't kill me but... I rather enjoy the smirk of disapproval (from the mrs) as I use the table to clean the gun. Oh I lay down my may.. nice big production, generally watch TV while cleaning. To me complaining about cleaning the gun is like complaining about cleaning fish after a successful fishing trip.
