Anybody have any experience with CMMG ARs? They are about $200 less than an RRA. Most of the posts on THR and TFL are positive. What say ye?

I have had great experiences with CMMG, DPMS, RRA, Spike's, etc. I haven't heard any complaints about CMMG before

i bought one right after obama was elected over 1000 rnds through it with no problems love the wasp finish its alot easier to clean I did up grade the extractor and add a 2 stage trigger from rra

no the 1 in hattiesburg. wasp is a treatment done to whole rifle not just the barrel lining cmmg does make a conventional chrome barrel. ar15.com has pdf file lok under cmmg form

I put together a cmmg rifle a couple years ago. I wanted it to be light weight, so I went with the thin barrel and Yankee Hill rails. It has not let me down so far. It's pretty accurate too, although not a requirement on this rifle.

Ok ladies and gents, I've narrowed it down to two rifles: A CMMG 4SA and a DPMS A-15. I'm leaning towards the former. Any thoughts?

I think they are about the same, but at resale time, If you ever have to sale, the DPMS will sale faster, IMO
