How long does it normally take to get ammo from CMP? I placed my order on the 17th and shipping date still shows TBD.

Last two orders I got took about 3 - 4 weeks. Captain, I think you mean "2010" not "2009" :)
That 3-4week turn around was probably before the bayonet feeding frinzy!! You right about date - Corrected

I finally got off my lazy butt and finished my first Garand loads. Still waiting to try them. Added up the costs and it's darn close to the Greek stuff, hence my decision to order more myself. If it's not more accurate it's not worth the bother...unless I find some cheaper bullets.
Shoe -- how you loading it?

46 gr IMR 4895, Win LR primer, '72 HXP case, 168gr SMK (hence the high cost)
Yea -- those MKs will cut into the margin quit a bit!! Agree with SGF, get a bunch of 147 or 150 grainer surplus to play with ...
Got to go check my order in estore!!!
My Feb 18th order now shows shipped with tracking number -- however, no UPS data as of now .... probably waiting on UPS pick-up!!

Well - checked the estore a few minutes ago - mine left Anniston today with an expected delivery of Tuesday - that means it will be here on Monday .... Same here: HXP in En Blocs in Ammo Can.
OK -- mine is still sitting in ELLENWOOD, GA

:pullhair:
As of 5PM today - it is sitting in Olive Branch, MS ...
This is crazy -- Guess they put it on the truck for delivery and then took it off the truck???
