CMP Kimber 22 Accuracy

OK some of you that have purchased a Kimber, let's hear about how accurate they are at 100 yds. I need some input before I purchase one. If they are not as accurate as a Savage out-of-the-box, then I might need to try to find me a Savage or Winchester.

Never shot a Kimber rifle.... but since you compared to Savage:

I have 2 Savage rifles, 243 and 300wsm...both are tack drivers.... 1/2" groups at 100yds with the 243, <1" with the 300wsm - which is my go to deer rifle.... both shoot very well out to ~340 yds... ringing gongs at Sherman Hills Shooting Center with both...
