I did some more research on the gun and I have found some pretty interesting things about it. On the slide it is marked Model of 1911 U.S. Army well on the ww2 colt slides they didnt say that on the slide. The cool thing about this is that the slide is from ww1 and everything else is from ww2 so I thought this was pretty cool since I have a Peice from both wars. Post some comments on what you think I need some more of you people oooohhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiinggg on my gun. :lol4:
