Colt i picked up on a trade- Not a 1911 this time

Colt Diamondback 6" barrel.
picked this up on a trade yesterday. He has the original wooden panels for it as well.
outstanding trigget on it and in very good shape. Very small amount of surface rust right along the rib.

Colt made some beautiful revolvers back "in the day"...Python is the prettiest revolver ever IMHO.

I've had a few chances to get a nice old Python...but they are Mega bucks

Colt was on a snake theme for a while...Python, Diamondback, Anaconda

They made some nice stuff...sure wish they would get their heads out of their a$$ and do it again...affordably
