An idea hit me today and I was wondering if it was feaible. Could you ream out a 357 handi-rifle to 35 rem?

I imagine a machinist could do it but would it be safe. Would think he'd need a cast of a .35 which shouldn't be hard for you to make up. Not a gun smith but what's the difference in pressure, you gonna have to take out a lot of steel. Your barrel have that much give to take it and still safely shoot? If you get a barrel instead, what you want for that 357 barrel?
