An idea hit me today and I was wondering if it was feaible. Could you ream out a 357 handi-rifle to 35 rem?

Also bore size is to be considered.

Most *jacketed* bullets for .357 and .38 are 0.357 actual size. Most cast lead bullets for those two are 0.358 actual size.

Jacketed bullets for .35 cal. rifles (.35 Rem., .358 Win., .35 Whelen, etc.) are actual 0.358 diameter.

I don't know if that thousandth is gonna make that much difference, but technically your bore will be one-thousandth too tight for jacketed .35 cal. rifle bullets.

:idk:
