the June flyer from Midway has the 8" orange peel targets on sale. It said they were marked down for some kind of problem, but I could find nothing wrong with the ones I received.

I buy my targets from National target Company. Google them to get a link. I use paper NRA B8 Centers. They are perfect for pistol at 25 yards and Military HP Rifle at 100 yards. They are only a few cents each, if you buy 500 or more at a time.
