OK still on the seafood kick!! So tonight we had crawfish cakes again on vermicelli and tonight a parmesan garlic cream sauce. Pretty dang good!!!

This is Wilson's ground sirloin with two very caramelized onions a whole clove of garlic, with vermicelli topped with grated Wilson red rind hoop cheese. Damn good!!!

Got home from practicing skeet an wife had fried round steak w/gravy an onions, What we call Onion Rice, an Vrazels spinach au gratin. Home made chocolate pudding for later!

No Steve, went to Lowes and got one of them black tubs with the yellow lid! Grill, chimney, and bag of charcoal fit in. Goes in back of truck. We will use it with the camper as wife has her green egg for home.
