There was some available, I just don't use it. Stop eating spicy food about 15-20 years ago because of stomache problems. Can't believe how good food tastes with just a little seasoning instead of a lot of spices.

Made a little cheese, onion and bacon omelette at about 11am...I did go for a run first...and I did give my wife part of it.
