Cheated last night. Bacon wrapped pork loin from Sam’s Club. Just had to pit it in the oven for about an hour.

Buddy got these while he was in Greenwood for $0.92/lb. We’ll have about 140lbs of sausage when we’re done.

Tried my hand at some homemade Egg Drop soup today. Forgot to get green onions though.

Not too bad; gonna back off the ginger next time. Also need to use sea salt and cracked pepper.

All looks and sounds great. We will probably have soup….. again…..
I guess I can not complain though as I was recently able to sneak a McRib while I was out and about. I am pretty sure my wife knew though as eating at that restaurant always causes the McSh##s. But sometimes it is worth it. This was not one of those times. I quickly remembered why I quit eating there.

I don’t care what anybody says - I like that McRib! No idea what its made from, and don’t care!

I love the McRib, too . . . but last week I tried that new BBQ rib sandwich from Arby's. That sucker is FINE!!!
