Miller's Ale House in Pensacola. We went over yesterday so Bobcat could spend time with his girl (she's in her "A" school at Corry Naval Station) before he leaves for Parris Island next Sunday (10-21-18). Told him it would have to be this Saturday, because next Saturday is the Meet & Greet - priorities, don't ya know!

That’s what I had last time, in Destin - but also added onions and bell peppers. Mmmmmmm

Went to Shaggy’s in Gulfport tonight. Wife never makes a happy plate.

Kept it simple tonight - scrambled eggs

Chicken breast, cubed potatoes, onions, and vinagrette dressing.

Bottom photo is after I covered it with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.

I think next time, I’m going to leave the taters out. Instead of dressing, honey and maple syrup - keep the onions, though. And still add the cheese and bacon at the end.

One hour at 350 degrees

Philosophical question.

Cheese, bacon, taters. So, is the clucker really necessary?

Next time I make burgers and cheesey bacon fries, I’ll post a picture

Put some big old fat chicken breasts in an 8”x8” pan 1/4” deep in maple syrup, honey on top of the chicken breasts, 350* oven for an hour, then topped with shredded cheese and bacon bits. Mmmmmmmmm......
