Chorizo chili tonight
4 large cans of chili beans
2 cans black beans
2 cans red kidney beans
3 packages of Mexican Chorizo (beef or pork)
1 large diced onion
Put the sausage and onions in first and beans in top. Turn crock pot on and walk away for a few hours. Stir. No need to add spices or chili powder because there is more than enough in the sausage.

Well ever since Katrina I ain't really been in the mood to cook. Well I'm kinda getting over that a little. Fixed some supper tonight!!

OK still on the seafood kick!! So tonight we had crawfish cakes again on vermicelli and tonight a parmesan garlic cream sauce. Pretty dang good!!!
