Pretty much, if it were up to me I wouldnt even wear the thing. Id like to run into combat wearing a Hello Kitty t-shirt, no pants and swinging a pair of Samurai swords while screaming the words to "Eye of the Tiger" as I take scalps.......And a viking helmet....YEA! A Viking Helmet!

Uhhhhh..........nevermind that. Yeeeeaaa, I just chose to not wear the extra protection.
