If that oil comes, we ain't gonna have any trout to catch. That need to hurry up and do something. Scares me to the effect it will have on our fishery down here. We'll see I guess. I don't know how this burning off idea will work, but hoping it might slow it down some.

Have been watching this today and the experts from LSU says we will start getting it at Chandleer after about 48hrs - then it will move onto the MS and AL coast ... bad news!!

i might try to make a run for some trout Saturday Morning if weather isn't to bad. I'll fish close to Pearl River so I can run North from the wind if it picks up too high. Last chance of the year probably.
