Not if they manufactured it to be user friendly. Most modern rimfire cans have the ability to be disassembled by the owner, I know the Gemtech Mist, Yankee Hill barrels are and I think other integral Ruger .22 pistol barrels have that ability also.
Yes, but this is an internally suppressed pistol. Not a screw on adapter.
The Gemtech and other barrels I mentioned above are also integrally suppressed barrels. They are all user serviceable (can be broken down for cleaning and repairs). There are ways they could have made this pistol user serviceable. Now whether they did or not I have no idea.
I guess it depends upon what you consider modern, but have you ever disassembled the bolt on a Polish Wifama WZ78 training rifle? If you did and managed to get it back together, it'll probably be a while before you do it again...
