  3. Florida gun shop owner turned away Nikolas Cruz when he tried to buy AR-15

Interesting, if true. Another 'missed' red flag?

A Florida gun shop owner is still shaken by a run-in with alleged Parkland mass murderer Nikolas Cruz.

The incident took place at his store Coconut Creek Pawn & Guns just months before the deadly shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas high school killed 17 innocent civilians.

The man, who is only going by ‘Razi,’ told his harrowing story to ABC affiliate Local 10 news, and it goes directly to the heart of pending gun legislation in the state of Florida.

“He was cool. He was quiet. He was not nervous at all,” the owner said of Cruz.

“And I asked him, it’s the first question I ask everybody, ‘How old are you?'” Razi said. “And I believe he said, ‘Oh, I’m over 18.’ I said, ‘Are you under 21?’ He said, ‘Yes,’ and I said, ‘I don’t sell any firearms to under the age of 21.'”

Cruz then argued with Razi over the store policy.

“And I said, ‘Because I don’t need an 18-year-old to buy (a) weapon and clear out his high school with it,” he said.

Razi elaborated that his policy was not just directed at Cruz.

  4. Move along sheeple ... nothing for YOU to see or hear here.

Just another closed-to-the-public Congressional hearing ...

It's "classified", "on-going investigation", "sources and methods", yada yada yada.

FBI Admits It Had Tied 2 Reports on School Shooter, But Didn't Act

So who at the FBI has been fired, lost their retirement, been transferred to the field office in Greenland, been demoted, is facing civil lawsuits, for this incompetence "mishandling"?

    Thought so - Crickets.

Just go ahead and continue to blame the AR, background checks, the NRA and lawful gun owners!

  8. Death penalty to be sought for Nikolas Cruz

MIAMI (AP) — Florida prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty against school shooting suspect Nikolas Cruz in the fatal shooting of 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

The office of Broward County State Attorney Michael Satz filed the formal notice Tuesday. The 19-year-old Cruz is scheduled for formal arraignment Wednesday on a 34-count indictment, including 17 first-degree murder charges.

Cruz’s attorneys have said he would plead guilty if the death penalty was not pursued in the Valentine’s Day massacre. The action by prosecutors Tuesday does not necessarily mean a plea deal will not be reached.

The only other penalty option for Cruz is life in prison with no possibility of parole.

What penalty will be sought for that coward SRO that stood by while kids were being killed?

None, since the Supreme Court ruled police are in no way obligated to protect anyone.

I would hope the people would go after him. Take his job , make life miserable for him and send him packing with a reputation that no one would hire him or his deputies. Is their any truth to his deputy being part of a Muslin organization?

  13. The article explains that a deputy who is a "Muslim American" gave the training. WTF! Are there "Baptist-Americans" and "Lutheran-Americans" too? How about "Buddhist-Americans" and "athiest-Americans?"

There was a article few days back that stated the deputy was not only a Muslim but district leader of CAIR or something high up in the Florida chapter of that group. Which has been designated a terrorist organization I believe.

LVR, that was the county Sheriff, and some Muslim Deputy, not the Coward Of Broward; Deputy Scot Peterson. What you said should apply to both of them though.
