any body know much about these looks like a Mauser action, nice dark wood stock but no carving, and on the barrel it says FLAIGS ACE. Anybody know much about these good or bad? value?

I read somewhere about the co. & man being from Penn. but cannot seem to find what its worth or the quality. it looks really nice But just no any info I can find.
