Former Facebook staffers say conservative news is deliberately suppressed

Not the least bid surprised.

 

And yet so many self-proclaimed conservatives are stuck to Facebook like glue. I hear it from people at church all the time. "Did you see this or read that on Facebook?" and in the same breath they'll complain about how bad social media is for their kids and how arguments get stirred up among adults. It looks like another example of people working against their own interests. You might as well send Hillary a donation while you're at it.

 

I use FB for funny pics and to keep up with a few good friends I don't think I have posted anything but happy birthday in months. And I hardly ever follow a link.

 

I use it occasionally as I have friends and family all over the country. I don't post much but it seems to me there are far lefties, hardcore righties and waaaay too many folks that are ambivalent about what is going on in this country.

I must admit that MSGO is likely the biggest reason I have managed to mostly avoid Facebook. I'd rather talk to ya'll than most of the people I know in the real world. I don't even come close to completely agreeing with anyone on here* but ya'll are my kind of people.
