You need to be stubborn, patient,have your own tools or be able to buy or borrow them. You need to be able to handle critisisim, and a desire to do things right and the way the customer wants it .When you stop working for the day or night, you need to be able to leave the work in your mind if you have a family or signifcant other. Did I say that you need to be patient. ha ha. You need to be always filling your mind with new knowledge.Always learning, always improving, and always buying tools. Best, Mike
