I need to borrow or rent a set of M1 garand headspace gages.

I can pay you for letting me use them.
You get some of your $$$ back and I get to check my guns.

One of mine I suspect may be approaching the end of its barrel life.
I need to check it out before its a major headache.

I only have a Forster Field gage in 30-06 which you are welcome to borrow if you want.

To test the wear in a barrel, you need a throat gauge. When a barrel wears, it seldom changes headspace. I am in MCComb. If you need the rifle checked out, I can do it here.

I was thinking that a go and no-go gage set was out there.
